Educational Background

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • MBA in Marketing or Sales is an added advantage.

Work Experience

  • 2–7 years of experience in Residential Real Estate Sales.
  • Experience in luxury or premium residential projects will be an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of the Bengaluru real estate market is preferred.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales management tools.
  • Good understanding of the residential sales lifecycle, including lead generation, customer engagement, negotiation, and sales closure.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Customer-focused with a consultative sales approach.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and result-focused.
