About the Role

We are looking for a Manager / Assistant Manager – Product Marketing to independently own go-to-market execution for a defined product line or workstream. This role will report to a Senior Product Marketing Manager or Product Marketing Lead, and offers the opportunity to build end-to-end ownership across positioning, launches, and enablement.

Key Responsibilities

Ownership & Execution

● Own go-to-market execution for a defined product line or workstream, including positioning, launch coordination, and enablement.

● Coordinate directly with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams on launches and campaigns.

● Maintain competitive tracking and sales enablement content for the assigned area, incorporating field feedback.

● Track a defined success metric for the assigned workstream and report on progress independently.

Team & Process

● Guide the work of a Product Marketer or intern on the team, reviewing output and providing feedback.

● Build or maintain an AI-assisted workflow or tool that supports the wider team, not just individual output.

● Contribute to pricing and packaging discussions for the assigned product line.

Qualifications and Skills

● 3–6 years of experience in product marketing or a related marketing role in B2B SaaS.

● Experience independently managing a project, campaign, or workstream from start to finish.

● Some experience reviewing or guiding the work of a junior colleague or intern.

● Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

● Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA is a plus.

Mandatory Requirements

• Hands-on experience building or maintaining an AI-assisted workflow or tool that is used by more than one person.
• Experience independently owning both positioning/messaging and distribution/campaign work for at least one product or initiative.
• Experience marketing HRMS, payroll, HR tech, or a similar regulated B2B SaaS product, with exposure to both India and at least one international market.
