Key Responsibilities

a)        Teaching & Course Development:

1.        Design, teach, and enhance skills-based online courses at all levels, including essay writing, literature analysis, and academic grammar.

b)        Team Leadership:

1.        Interview, train, and mentor online teachers to uphold our educational standards.

c)        Operational Excellence:

1.        Collaborate with support staff to ensure high-quality online class delivery, student assessments, course creation, recruitment, marketing, and more.

d)        Bilingual Collaboration:

1.        Work effectively within a bilingual team (Chinese & English), adapting to various responsibilities as the company's needs evolve.

What We're Looking For

• Passion for Excellence:
• A strong interest in working within a serious and structured environment.
• Adaptability:
• Willingness to take on diverse roles and responsibilities.
• Educational Background (Preferred):
• Graduates from Chinese universities or programs.
• Background in hard sciences, engineering, or math—logical thinkers are a big plus.
• Experience in teaching beyond ESL or business English.
• Expertise in class design for use by other teachers.
• Experience in training and development.

Commitment Requirements

• Full-Time Engagement:
• Work a standard 40-hour week, with paid overtime when necessary.
• Flexible Scheduling:
• Availability to work on weekends as needed.
• Long-Term Vision:
• Willingness to make a multi-year commitment to grow with our company.

What We Offer

• Competitive Salary:
• ¥22,000 to ¥32,000 RMB per month, depending on qualifications.
• Paid Time Off:
• 10 paid vacation days per year, in addition to standard Chinese holidays.
