| Duties and Responsibilities | PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (Accountabilities associated with the job) - Responsible for developing present location for LAS - Develop and manage the book and deliver Net AUM growth - Enhance customer engagement regularly and provide wow customer experience - Acquire new clients - Drive multi product cross-sell and generate fee income - Risk maintenance for clients - Maintain the required pricing, revenue generation, zero portfolio delinquency - Identification of clients, channel partners 4. MAJOR CHALLENGES (Challenges faced on an on-going basis in carrying out the job) - 5. DECISIONS (Key decisions taken by job holder at his/her end) - Which profiles to service?- 6. | Required Qualifications and Experience | a) Qualifications - Graduation, Preferred: Post-graduation b) Work Experience - 2-4 years in relevant industry - Knowledge of LAS industry and business domain is a must - Prior knowledge and experience of sales - Should have excellent communication skills along with strong presentation skills. - Excellent Team Management & Interpersonal Skills. - Exceptionally high motivational levels and need to be a self - starter. |
