Assistant Manager

• Lead and mentor the UPS AMC and Battery sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed business targets, adapting to market dynamics.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the Delhi region, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and refine sales approaches.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support the professional development of the sales team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and ethical standards, maintaining a high level of integrity.
• Collaborate with other departments, aligning sales efforts with overall business objectives and company goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies to enhance sales strategies and stay ahead of the curve.
• Represent NEDS at client sites and industry events, building relationships and promoting the company's brand and reputation.
• Provide insightful sales reports and recommendations to the management team, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field, with a strong academic record.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the UPS AMC and Battery industry, demonstrating a track record of success.
• Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and guide a high-performing sales team.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, utilizing data-driven insights to make informed decisions and develop effective strategies.
