Клчюові завданя:
- Координація та відстеження внутрішніх і міжнародних перевезень, включаючи підготовку необхідної документації.
- Взаємодія з постачальниками, перевізниками та внутрішніми командами для забезпечення ефективних логістичних процесів.
- Ведення обліку поставок, запасів та логістичних даних.
- Підтримка оптимізації маршрутів та способів доставки.
- Участь в управлінні запасами та проведенні інвентаризацій.
- Підготовка звітності та аналіз логістичних показників.
- Моніторинг ефективності постачальників щодо своєчасності поставок та якості.
- Забезпечення відповідності митним вимогам, правилам міжнародної торгівлі та внутрішнім політикам компанії.
- Надання адміністративної підтримки логістичній команді.
Вимоги:
- Вища освіта у сфері логістики, управління ланцюгами постачання, бізнес-адміністрування або суміжних напрямках буде перевагою.
- Від 1 року досвіду роботи у сфері логістики, управління ланцюгами постачання або адміністративної підтримки.
- Розуміння основ логістики, транспортування, складських процесів та управління запасами.
- Впевнене володіння Microsoft Office, особливо Excel.
- Вільне володіння українською та англійською мовами. Знання угорської буде перевагою.
- Високий рівень організованості, уваги до деталей та здатність працювати з кількома завданнями одночасно.
- Розвинені аналітичні та комунікаційні навички.
- Досвід роботи з ERP-системами буде перевагою.
