Assistant General Manager - Westminster

The Assistant Manager at JETSET Pilates is a vital role responsible for fostering a strong sense of community within the studio with an emphasis on enhancing the overall client experience and consistency in service delivery. Reporting to the General Manager and regularly interfacing with the Franchise Owners, the Assistant Manager will oversee a team of Studio Leads and instructors while actively driving the day-to-day operations of the studio. The Assistant Manager is expected to undergo the JETSET Pilates training program and instruct an average of 8 classes per week. In addition to instructing an average of 8 classes per week, the Assistant Manager is expected to be present in the studio during class times for a minimum of 20 classes each week. This dynamic role requires a combination of leadership, client care, sales, networking, and hands-on engagement in front-of-house functions. The Assistant Manager plays a pivotal role in client retention, new client experience, and local marketing initiatives to promote JETSET Pilates in the community. The Assistant Manager will assume other duties as assigned and is expected to work morning, evening, and weekend shifts as necessary.
