RESPONSABILITES / MISSIONS :

Nous recrutons notre futur(e) Assistant(e) commercial(e), localisé sur notre site de Lyon (Dardilly). 

En soutien administratif et opérationnel au pôle commercial et rattaché(e) au Directeur Sales Enablement & RSE, vous participerez à la mise en œuvre de la politique commerciale définie et mènerez des missions variées.

Missions principales : 

  • Assister les Responsables Comptes-clés (KAM) en charge d’un portefeuille de centrales nationales et/ou régionales à travers notamment des déclarations du chiffre d'affaires et du suivi des accords commerciaux, sur les différents business gérés 

  • Participer à l’élaboration et à la mise en œuvre de la stratégie et des plans d’actions par enseigne en cohérence avec la stratégie Marketing définie (lancements nouveaux produits, promotions, communication...) 

  • Participer à la préparation de RDV clients (organisation, présentations...) 

  • Participer à la gestion quotidienne du compte-client 

  • Assurer le suivi administratif (mise à jour des matrices clients, déclaration chiffre d'affaires aux clients…) 

  • Participer à la création et au suivi des offres commerciales (tracts, mises en avant...) 

  • Recommandations d’assortiments en collaboration avec le Marketing et les KAM 

  • Travailler en relation étroite avec les différents services de l’entreprise, en particulier les départements Marketing et Finance

  • Formation de Bac à Bac +3

  • Rigueur, prise d’initiative, bon relationnel

  • Force de propositions, esprit positif

  • Maitrise des outils informatiques et des logiciels de bureautique (excellente maitrise d'Excel)
