Position Summary:   The Assistant Director of Multilingual Learners (ADoML) will support Mastery Schools’ campuses in implementing and coordinating effective classroom instruction and initiatives for our Multilingual Learner population. The ADoML will play a pivotal role in bridging the work of the central office academic team with its implementation at the school level. In addition, the ADoML will ensure that timely and efficient data and information flow between schools and central office teams. The ADoML will have a variety of ongoing, individual projects, including teacher and leader coaching, professional development, coordination, data dissemination, and compliance project management. The ADoML will report directly to the Senior Director of Multilingual Education.
