Who We're Looking for:  We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Controller to support the accounting function within a high-growth, private equity-backed technology company. Reporting to the Controller, this role will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and scalability of financial reporting and accounting operations. The Assistant Controller will own core accounting processes, including monthly and annual financial reporting, audit management, technical accounting, and equity accounting. This role will also support M&A activities, including due diligence, purchase accounting, and post-acquisition integration.   This is a hybrid position that has the minimum expectation to work out of our Downtown Seattle Office two days per week on Mondays and Thursdays. For this reason, candidates must be based in the Greater Seattle Area or willing to relocate.
