Assistant Attending, Emergency Care Service– Department of Medicine

The Emergency Care Service in the Division of Supportive and Acute Care Services, Department of Medicine at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center is seeking a full-time faculty member at the Assistant Attending level for clinical service with a focus on emergency medicine and oncology. This position would be required to:

• Regularly staff our Urgent Care Center to treat acutely ill patients for at least 146 twelve-hour shifts per year.

• Promptly diagnose and manage emergency conditions experienced by patients receiving a variety of cancer directed therapies.  

For this position, candidates are required to have:

• Graduated from an ACGME-accredited residency program

• Superb clinical and interpersonal skills

• Familiarity with clinical research.

• Board certification or board eligibility in emergency medicine or internal medicine. 

• Eligibility for licensure in New York and New Jersey.

Salary Range: $260,000 - $385,000
