Assistant Account Manager to support the day-to-day servicing and renewal of client insurance programs. This role partners closely with the Account Manager to help ensure program information is accurate, renewals are executed on time and to protocol, and client documentation and records meet Marsh professional standards. You will also begin building relationships with clients and internal stakeholders while helping deliver best-in-class client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and validate client insurance program information to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency; identify discrepancies and coordinate corrections with the Account Manager and carriers/partners as needed.
• Support the renewal cycle by following renewal protocols, gathering required exposure and underwriting information, tracking quotes, and helping ensure deliverables are completed on time.
• Track and organize renewal activity (submissions, quote status, follow-ups, binders, policy issuance, endorsements) using available tools and internal systems.
• Ensure documents are issued correctly and on schedule, including coordinating approvals and checking key details to align with Marsh quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records for reporting and audit purposes, including processing insurance and claims-related details into relevant databases and systems.
• Assist with ongoing client service issues, responding promptly, coordinating next steps, and escalating issues appropriately to improve the client experience.
• Build working relationships with clients, prospects, client teams, carriers, and producers to support retention and growth.
