Asset Manager (자산관리) (AM3)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Handover processes for developed or acquired logistics assets; performing overall asset management duties.

• Supporting lease negotiations and managing lease agreements and tenant relations.
• Planning, reviewing, and process management for Capital Expenditure (CapEx) and Repair & Maintenance (R&M)
• Developing operational strategies for logistics assets and managing budgets, including annual OPEX planning.
• Managing cash flow, including rent, CapEx, R&M
• Stakeholder coordination

• 개발 및 매입 물류자산의 인수, 전반적인 자산관리 업무 수행
• 임대차 관련 업무(임대차계약 협의 지원 등)
• CapEx 및 R&M 관련 계획수립·검토 및 프로세스 관리
• 물류자산 운영 전략 수립 및 예산 작성 등 운영 관리 업무
• Cash Management 업무 수행
• 임차사 및 유관 관계사와의 커뮤니케이션

• 3 to 8 years of experience in asset management companies, Property Management (PM)
• Degree in accounting or professional experience related to real estate funds.
• English communication skills preferred

자격요건 및 우대사항

• 자산운용사, Property Management (PM) 등 관련분야 경력 보유자
• 부동산 펀드 관련 회계 전공자 또는 경력 보유자 우대
• 업무에 대한 열정과 책임감을 갖추고 조직 친화력이 우수한 자
• 영어(Written & Oral)가능자 우대
