Asset Management Specialist
About this role
- 1.Fulfill loaner orders on time delivering and receiving in APAC or global region:
- Collaborate with customer operation, sales team and global service support team for order progress.
- Perform and complete physical and system in a timely manner.
- 2. Efficiently manage NI assets in Korea loaner pool.
- Maintain Korea loaners assets from time to time.
- Manage Korea loaner’s overdue and lost/scrap activities per needs.
- 3. Handle FIS tasks, include product assembly, testing, and packaging.
- 4. Support occasional tasks: eg laptops and software preparation for sales and marketing events; other tasks assigned from line manager.
- You deliver services with professionals, you readily take actions on challenges, and you are an excellent team worker.
- College degree or above in science and engineering
- New graduates or 1+ years relevant warehouse and admin experience are preferred.
- Basis understanding of computers and measurement equipment
- Strong situational judgment and communication skills and multi-task capabilities
- Warehouse Experience:
Experience working in a warehouse, with an understanding of the processes involved in receiving and shipping goods, packaging, and inventory counting, enabling you to quickly adapt to warehouse tasks. - Basic Understanding of Computers and Measuring Equipment:
Proficient in basic computer software operations and familiar with measuring equipment, with a strong ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.
