About this role

·         Prepare work by reviewing assembly instructions (MPI), blueprints, specifications, and bills of materials (BOMs).

·         Verify and gather required parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials before assembly.

·         Unpack chassis and components and prepare them for production.

·         Assemble systems and subassemblies by ensuring proper fit and securing components according to work instructions.

·         Scan component serial numbers into the manufacturing execution system (MES) for tracking and traceability.

·         Complete required production and quality documentation accurately and timely.

·         Prepare accessories, apply labels, and perform visual inspections of completed systems prior to packaging.

·         Package finished products according to BOM and shipping requirements.

·         Maintain an ESD-safe work environment and follow all safety procedures.

·         Support production schedules by following supervisor instructions and working overtime when required.

·         Assist with production floor audits, cycle counts, and inventory activities.

·         Follow 5S principles to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

·         Support additional production and manufacturing operations as needed.

·         Contribute to team objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or college coursework is a plus.
  • Previous assembly experience in the electronics, computer hardware, or manufacturing industry preferred.
  • Ability to read and understand assembly instructions, production orders and control documentation.
  • Experience using hand tools and light power tools safely and effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow procedures and quality standards.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet production deadlines.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Travel to client sites to perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and deployment services
