The ideal candidate should be passionate about the Arts & Commerce, proficient in instructional design, and committed to fostering student learning and development. Requirements Key Responsibilities Curriculum Delivery: Teach Arts & Commerce into assigned grade levels in alignment with CBSE guidelines. Lesson Planning: Prepare detailed lesson plans with engaging activities and assessments. Student Assessment: Conduct periodic tests and maintain academic records. Classroom Management: Maintain a disciplined and interactive learning space. Parent Communication: Share academic progress and collaborate with parents. Professional Development: Participate in regular training, workshops, and peer review sessions. Qualification Requirements Must have good command of spoken and written in English and MS Office tools Postgraduate degree in relevant subject (Arts / Commerce). B.Ed. is mandatory. Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience as a Art & Commerce Experience in CBSE/ISC board schools is an added advantage. Strong subject knowledge and presentation skills. Excellent communication and classroom management skills. Student-centric and result-oriented approach. Ability to work collaboratively with academic teams.
