This position is based in Alberta and follows a hybrid work arrangement, with the majority of the role performed remotely. Frequent travel to Armstrong’s Toronto office will be required, with travel expenses covered by the company.
Program Highlights
- 12-Month Rotational Journey – Gain hands-on experience across sales functions including business development, account management, customer solutions, and sales analytics & enablement.
- Customer Engagement – Work directly with clients, learning how to position Armstrong’s differentiated solutions and deliver measurable value.
- Value & Solution Selling – Master Armstrong’s scientific and consultative approach to sales, focusing on solving customer challenges.
- Learning & Mentorship – Develop your technical, commercial, and leadership skills through structured training and personalized mentorship.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with Marketing, Service, and Engineering teams to bring innovative customer solutions to market.
What We’re Looking For
- Education – A recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related fields); candidates with a dual background in Business/Management and technical disciplines are also encouraged to apply.
- Early Exposure to Sales or Projects – Internship, co-op, or academic project experience related to sales, technical solutions, customer engagement, or business development is highly valued.
- Communication Skills – Strong written and verbal communication; able to simplify complex technical concepts and confidently present to different audiences.
- Analytical Skills – Demonstrated ability to break down problems, analyze data, and recommend solutions (through coursework, projects, or competitions).
- Digital Skills – Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with CRM systems, data analysis tools, or collaboration platforms is an advantage.
- Team Orientation – Track record of working effectively in group projects, student organizations, or part-time jobs that required teamwork and collaboration.
- Adaptability – Willingness to learn quickly, adapt to new challenges, and operate in a fast-paced, global business environment.
- Drive and Initiative – Evidence of a proactive, self-motivated approach, whether through academics, extracurriculars, volunteer work, or leadership roles.

Compensation
$60,000 CAD - $65,000 CAD
