Arkitekt/Senior Utvecklare Dynamics 365

As an Architect/Developer, you will play a central and influential role in delivering successful customer projects. You will design and develop robust, scalable, and integrated solutions that maximise the value of the Microsoft technology ecosystem.

Working closely with customers, you will act as a trusted technical advisor, understanding business challenges and ensuring that technology solutions align with operational needs and deliver measurable business value.

You will be responsible for designing integrations and solutions across Microsoft platforms, including Dynamics 365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Azure, Power Apps, and Power Automate, as well as connecting with customers’ existing business systems.

With a strong focus on simplicity, scalability, security, and long-term sustainability, you will help organisations improve processes, increase efficiency, and achieve their digital transformation goals.

You have:

• Proven experience designing, developing, and architecting solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM/CE), and the Power Platform.
• Strong technical skills in C#, .NET, SQL, Web API, Dynamics 365 plugins, and Microsoft Dataverse.
• Hands-on experience building and supporting integrations using Microsoft Azure services, including Azure Functions, API Management, Service Bus, Logic Apps, and related technologies.
• Knowledge of, or a strong interest in, Microsoft Power Platform technologies such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power Virtual Agents, Power BI, and Customer Insights.
• A strong understanding of how technology can enable business transformation, optimise processes, and create measurable business value.
• Experience working in a consulting environment, with the ability to communicate effectively, provide expert advice, and build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• A customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand business challenges and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives and organisational change programmes.
