About the role
We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager with a strong focus on agency recruitment and sales to join our dynamic team. As a Area Sales Manager you will be working with the IPS Retail.
Job Responsibilities
- Recruit new insurance agents and establish strong relationship with clients
- Develop and manage sales plan and strategy, develop sales channel
- Meet and exceed KPIs through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics
- Prepare weekly and monthly report
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Management or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the agency business, experience in general insurance would be advantageous
- Possess good communication skills with agents and with the marketing team
- Strong networking in the agency business
- Proficiency in English & Indonesian language
- A wide Recruitment & Agency connection
- Tech-savvy and agile to insurtech evironment.
