What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinate maintenance administration activities, including work orders, billing, payroll support, employee travel arrangements, and shop documentation.
- Maintain asset and maintenance records within SAP, including meter readings, preventive maintenance schedules, equipment data, and work orders.
- Manage capital asset administration by establishing new equipment records, processing capital project documentation, and supporting asset close-out activities.
- Support equipment lifecycle processes, including transfers, additions, disposals, FAIM updates, and maintenance reporting for plants and mobile equipment.
- Serve as a key resource for maintenance systems by training employees and assisting with purchasing and procurement activities.
What Are We Looking For
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience working with ERP or maintenance management systems, preferably SAP or similar business platforms.
- Proficiency in data management, reporting, and analyzing operational information to support maintenance activities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to support multiple plant and maintenance teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy, process compliance, and continuous improvement.
