Primary sizing of Ferro chrome and Transport those materials for further processing at Secondary Yard. |

Blending of raw material for desired output as per the customer requirement. |

Compliance to the statutory & legal requirements including Tata Steel Safety standards. |

Drive improvement initiatives in Department and Develop people by imparting training through TNI. |

Develop contract for outsourcing jobs and finalisation of the same through techno commercial negotiations along with Procurement Team. Execution and monitoring and certification of bills contract jobs |

Initiate proposals for Minor and Major Capital schemes along with Project Planning Team and execution of the same after approval. Monitoring progress of the project and organise review meetings |
