What You'll Do
Our Data Center Operations team is at the physical core of our business, responsible for building, maintaining, and operating the cutting-edge infrastructure that powers the cloud. This team ensures the stability, security, and scalability of our physical assets, working hands-on in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment to deliver a best-in-class experience for our clients.
About the role
As a Data Center Area Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations, coordination, and management across multiple data center facilities in your assigned region. You will lead and mentor a team of data center leads and technicians, managing schedules, performance evaluations, and ongoing development to foster a high-performance work environment. Your responsibilities include overseeing all critical infrastructure—including power, cooling, networking, and security systems—while collaborating with project managers and engineers to plan and execute new data center builds and expansions. Additionally, you will ensure strict compliance with safety, regulatory, and industry standards while maintaining the overall health and operational efficiency of all facilities.
Who You Are
- 5–7+ years of hands-on technical experience in data centre operations.
- 1–2+ years of direct people management experience leading teams within a data centre environment.
- Solid technical understanding of data centre infrastructure, including power distribution, HVAC/cooling systems, networking, and security.
- Proven track record in project management, handling multiple infrastructure deployment projects simultaneously.
- Deep knowledge of industry standards, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation best practices for data centre facilities.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience with cloud computing technologies and virtualisation environments.
- Industry certifications such as Certified Data Center Professional (CDCP) or Data Center Management (DCM).

The total target cash compensation for this multi-level role ranges from 320,000 PLN to 520,000 PLN gross per annum, with an equity total compensation ceiling depending on candidate seniority and experience level. Starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits programme (all subject to eligibility).
