Job Description

  • Manage complex, exciting, and innovative building projects from concept to detailed design phase
  • Develop innovative and creative solutions for diverse building types
  • Lead the project team with content and economic project responsibility
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, user representatives, and the design team to guarantee precise, binding, and result-oriented communication

Qualifications

 

  • Degree in Architecture (Master or Diploma)
  • At least six (6) years’ experience in design and execution planning
  • Experience in applying BIM methodology in an integrated planning process, Autodesk Revit as modeling tool and model-based coordination tools like Revizto, Navisworks, Solibri, etc.
  • Experience in international collaborations and working on international projects
  • Ability to work independently while displaying high architectural design standards and technical competence
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and creativity combined with assertiveness
  • Fluency in English and Greek. German is advantageous, while proficiency in additional languages is also welcomed
