Architect - Healthcare Projects (AutoCAD)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Architect with minimum 2 years of experience to join our healthcare project team in Hyderabad or Bangalore. The candidate will be involved in Client meetings, architectural planning, design development, working drawings, site coordination, and execution of hospital and healthcare projects. The ideal candidate should have good technical knowledge, strong coordination skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams

. Key Responsibilities

 Prepare and develop architectural plans, layouts, working drawings, sections, elevations and details.  Assist in planning and designing hospitals, clinics, healthcare facilities and commercial spaces.  Coordinate with MEP, structural, interior, biomedical and other consultants.  Visit project sites and monitor execution as per approved drawings and specifications.  Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely resolution.  Prepare and review BOQ, material specifications and architectural details wherever required.  Coordinate with contractors, vendors and site engineers for smooth project execution.  Ensure drawings and execution are aligned with applicable building regulations, fire safety requirements and healthcare planning standards.  Assist in preparation of presentations, design proposals and client submissions.  Maintain proper documentation and revision control of project drawings.  Travel to project sites within the assigned region as required.

Required Skills

 Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.).  Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience.  Good command of AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit/SketchUp will be an added advantage.  Good understanding of architectural drawings and construction detailing.  Good knowledge of site execution and coordination.  Ability to read and understand architectural, structural and MEP drawings.  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.  Ability to independently handle assigned drawings and site-related responsibilities.

Regional Language Requirement

(Mandatory) Candidate should be able to communicate in Kannada &Telugu and English. Knowledge of Hindi will be an advantage. Knowledge of the respective regional language is important for effective site coordination, communication with local contractors/workers, vendors and project stakeholders. Regional-language capability is also commonly valued for architecture roles involving local project coordination.
