Job Description

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
• Good years of experience in cloud engineering, DevOps, or automation roles
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Terraform (primary IaC tool)
  • Python and/or PowerShell scripting
• Experience building and managing self-service platforms (Backstage or similar)
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure components:
  • Compute, storage, networking, OS, databases
• Proven experience working with Azure (primary cloud platform)
• Hands-on experience with multi-cloud environments (AWS and/or GCP)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Strong focus on automation, coding, and infrastructure standardization
• Ability to work in a delivery-focused, execution-oriented environment

 

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Experience with ARM/Bicep and Ansible (or Puppet legacy exposure)
• Familiarity with platform engineering concepts and internal developer platforms (IDP)
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with GitOps practices
• Exposure to security and compliance automation
• Understanding of cloud cost optimization (FinOps)
• Certifications such as:
  • Azure (AZ-104, AZ-305)
  • AWS/GCP cloud certifications
  • Terraform certifications
  • Experience in large enterprise cloud transformation programs
