We are seeking a skilled and creative Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design background, technical expertise, and project management. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of design concepts and detailed architectural plans.
- Prepare and review drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and construction teams.
- Coordinate with field personnel to monitor construction progress and resolve design or technical issues.
- Stay current with architectural trends, materials, and sustainable design practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
- Minimum 6 years of architectural design and/or project management experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, ArchiCAD, or other architectural software.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and materials.
- Excellent creativity, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work within deadlines with minimal supervision.
Other Information
- This is a full-time, 40 hour work week position.
- Candidates should have their own laptop or desktop computer, any software license needed will be provided by the client.
