Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and continuously optimize digital marketing campaigns across key channels. Manage and monitor Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) to maximize traffic, lead generation, and conversion rates. Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. Produce high-impact video content, reels, shorts, and promotional creatives tailored for digital campaigns. Track campaign performance using analytics tools and deliver actionable insights through regular reporting. Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to improve website visibility and search engine rankings. Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop compelling, brand-aligned marketing assets. Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes to maintain campaign relevance and effectiveness. Requirements Requirements: Proficiency in Performance Marketing, including campaign strategy and optimization. Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads). Strong understanding of Social Media Marketing across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Expertise in Content Creation, including video editing and short-form content (reels, shorts). Knowledge of SEO Fundamentals, Google Analytics, and campaign performance tracking. Familiarity with essential Digital Marketing Tools for scheduling, analytics, and reporting. Excellent communication skills, creative thinking, and a self-motivated, results-driven approach. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Advertising, SEO, or Digital Marketing are highly advantageous. Prior internship or project experience in digital marketing is preferred. Internship: ₹5,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on performance and skills) Full-Time: ₹3 LPA – ₹4 LPA
