Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work! As an Apprentice Chef, you’re not just working alongside experienced chefs to gain practical experience in a professional kitchen – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Support kitchen operations: Assist chefs with food preparation, cooking, and plating dishes to ensure efficient service
• Develop culinary skills: Observe and practice essential techniques, including knife handling, sautéing, and baking
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness: Keep all work areas clean, tidy, and free of cross-contamination
• Participate in Health & Safety development programs: Complete online food hygiene training to gain new skills and knowledge and advance your culinary career
• Complete all aspects of the training programme 

• 4 days on site in the hotel, and 1 day in college
