About this role
We are seeking to recruit a highly enthusiastic and talented individual, who thrives working within a dynamic team, to join our Finance Department in the role of Apprentice Accounts Clerk.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Issue payments to creditors following authorization and posting.
- Prepare regular reconciliations – suppliers, debtors, intercompany and bank.
- Posting of invoices within the accounting system.
- Prepare raw material reports for further reconciliations.
- Keep proper documentation and filing of all accounting documents.
- Issue sales invoices.
- Responsible for petty cash including postings.
- Any other duties that could arise from time to time
Requirements:
- Currently following one of the below courses at MCAST
- Advanced Diploma in Business Administration
- Advanced Diploma in Finance and Insurance
- Advanced Diploma in Accounting
