Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively monitoring and diagnosing issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a dynamic approach to identifying challenges and delivering timely solutions to ensure the smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous engagement with system performance and collaboration with different teams to maintain system integrity and support business continuity.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and resolve complex system issues.
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the implementation of system updates and patches to enhance performance and security.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve software issues effectively.
- Experience with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.
- Ability to interpret technical documentation and communicate findings clearly.
- Familiarity with business process workflows related to financial accounting systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
