Application Specialist - Czechia

Overview

To support the growing adoption of our metrology solutions in the Czech Republic, we are looking for an Application Specialist who will help our clients optimize their 3D measurement processes.  

In this role, you will tackle advanced technical challenges while playing a key part in delivering training and customer support across Eastern Europe.

Responsibilities

Specifically, you will be responsible for: 

• Developing an in-depth understanding of PolyWorks® solutions to provide both basic and advanced technical support to customers   

• Providing customer training sessions to ensure effective and efficient use of our software 

• Performing advanced software demonstrations tailored to the specific needs of prospective customers   

• Acting as the voice of the customer by communicating their needs and feedback to our software development team 

• Participating to events and trade shows related to the promotion of our software solutions 

Qualifications

• Hold a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field 

• Have experience with CAD/CAM software, design and manufacturing processes 

• Possess excellent written and spoken Czech or Slovak 

• Have a good written and spoken English 

• Demonstrate a client-focused approach by proactively understanding and meeting customer needs   

 Please note that this position includes regular travel across Eastern Europe.
