Summary:
As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. This role requires continuous engagement with evolving project needs, ensuring that solutions are tailored effectively to support operational goals. The position demands a proactive approach to understanding business challenges and translating them into functional application designs, while collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver seamless and efficient software solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the application development lifecycle.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of application features with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and configuration techniques within enterprise environments.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues to maintain system integrity.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and best practices.
- Competence in analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
