Located on the St. Anthony Medical Campus, OrthoColorado Hospital is a joint venture between physician investors and CommonSpirit Mountain Region. Our state-of-the-art facility features a 48-bed inpatient unit, including six intermediate care beds and eight operating rooms. All members of our team from pre-operative care through recovery and our in-patient nurses are specialty trained in orthopedics. Our surgeons are renowned for their talent, knowledge and experience in their orthopedic specialties and subspecialties. While working as an Anesthesia Technician you will perform duties under the supervision of licensed anesthesia care physicians and assist the licensed anesthesia physician in the clinical setting. To be successful you will:

• Demonstrate practical knowledge and expertise in all general areas of anesthesia
• Maintain the anesthesia environment, equipment, supplies and personnel to facilitate department functions.
• Ensure department compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements related to anesthesia care
• Oversee and maintains inventory of equipment and supplies.

Job Requirements

Required

• High School Diploma/G.E.D.
• Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association
• Previous healthcare related experience
• Basic computer skills 

Preferred

• Associates Degree
• Previous Anesthesia Technician experience
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support
