About this role

Position Summary...

This role is responsible for a broad range of HR tasks relating to the associate’s employment cycle, collaborating with HR Business Partners (HRBP), supporting administrative components of HR Programs, employment changes, and organizational initiatives. The role also supports documentation and process maintenance.

 

 

What you'll do...

This role ensures all necessary documents relating to associate employment changes are accurately completed, including offer letters for new hires, promotions, transfers, demotions, terminations, and leaves of absence. Maintaining organizational charts through position management and administering special payments is also part of the responsibilities. Mapping and documenting processes and best practices for the HRBP function is crucial. The role may streamline existing processes for continuous improvement, identify process gaps, make recommendations, and work with key stakeholders to execute process efficiencies. As the HR Lead for the Anti-Corruption Financial Controls Project (FCPA), this role manages the quarterly FCPA sign-off process and yearly audits, collaborating with HR stakeholders to ensure changes to HR processes are consistently and accurately captured and reported.

 

This role is also responsible for assisting HRBPs with the administration of annual HR programs such as PEP, AIT, and talent reviews, as well as supporting reorganization projects as needed. Additional responsibilities include generating and maintaining team reports, including headcount and wage reports, termination reports, temporary associate and leave-of-absence reports, wage budget changes, and ad hoc reports requested by HRBPs. The role also analyzes workforce data and trends, providing insights and recommendations to HRBPs and business leaders. It ensures HR data integrity through regular audits, validation activities, and process controls. In addition, the role creates tools, resources, templates, and best practices to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of HRBP teams, while proactively identifying opportunities to simplify processes, reduce administrative burden, and enhance associate and manager experiences.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • 2+ years of HR, HR Operations, or People Services experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience managing employee lifecycle transactions.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with confidential information and exercise sound judgment.

Assets

  • Knowledge of Workday or similar tools from employee lifecycle perspective.
  • Reporting, analytics, and process improvement experience.

The pay range for this position is $64,700.00 - $88,990.00. Pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
