Responsibilities

PJT Park Hill is seeking to hire an individual to spearhead Business Intelligence initiatives across its global business. This person will have ownership over our DealCloud platform. This role requires an individual who is comfortable working within a fast-paced and energetic environment, possesses strong technical and organizational skills and is a consummate team player.

This role will work closely and coordinate with all five of PJT Park Hill’s businesses on a global scale. This is a great opportunity for someone who can work independently and as part of a team. Additional responsibilities include:

• Partner closely with business teams to manage and leverage data;
• Support and manage PJT Park Hill’s DealCloud platform;
• Develop Subject Matter Expertise on the key data elements and business content that drive internal management and client reporting and analytics;
• Provide technical expertise and hands-on assistance in creating, maintaining and implementing enterprise data solutions;
• Perform testing and data quality checks.

Qualifications

PJT Partners seeks to hire individuals who are highly motivated, intelligent and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors. In addition, qualified candidates will possess the following:

• 0-1 year of experience in business intelligence or data analytics; including relevant internships or academic projects;
• Experience with or exposure to DealCloud or an equivalent CRM system; hands-on experience a plus but not required;
• Significant Excel experience and technical skills, report automation / VBA is a plus;
• Experience with robust data transformation and manipulation exercises;
• Excellent analytical, project and stakeholder management skills;
• Excellent communication and organization skills;
• Experience in finance or investment banking is a plus.

Expected annualized base salary of $80,000 to $100,000.

This range represents the low and high ends of the expected annualized base salary for this position. The specific base salary received by any employee will be informed by a number of factors, including but not limited to, role level and scope, location, candidate’s relevant qualifications, skills and experience.

Base salary is one component of PJT Partners’ compensation structure. In addition to base salary, PJT Partners’ compensation structure may include additional rewards, incentives and benefits, including but not limited to, a discretionary bonus component.
