Descripción del empleo
- Verificar los sustentos enviados por el negocio para la emisión de facturas.
- Generar y emitir comprobantes electrónicos (incluidas NC) en el sistema de facturación.
- Validar requisitos formales (datos del cliente, adjuntos).
- Registrar y mantener evidencia de facturación.
- Apoyar en conciliaciones básicas de facturación y ventas.
- Cumplir con los SLA definidos para facturación.
- Apoyar en la atención de requerimientos de auditoría.
- Otras funciones asignadas por el superior inmediato.
Requisitos
- Egresados de Administración/Negocios Internacionales, Ingeniero Industrial o similar/Técnico o universitario.
- 01 año de experiencia en funciones similares
- Conocimientos en facturación
- Cumplir con el Reglamento Interno de Trabajo, Código de Integridad, Programa de Compliance & Ética Empresarial y la Política de Prevención de Corrupción (antisoborno), Lavado de Activos y Financiamiento del Terrorismo.
- Cumplir con las políticas de Calidad, Seguridad, Salud Ocupacional y Medio Ambiente, aplicando las normas establecidas y participando en la identificación de riesgos.
- Asegurar la correcta ejecución de los procesos de facturación bajo los lineamientos definidos por la compañía y el GBS.
