Resumo da Vaga:**
O Analista de Marketing Sênior será responsável por desenvolver e implementar estratégias de marketing abrangentes para impulsionar o crescimento da marca e alcançar os objetivos de negócios do ALS Group USA, Corp. Este profissional atuará de forma estratégica, liderando projetos e contribuindo para o posicionamento da empresa no mercado.
Responsabilidades:**
* Desenvolver, implementar e gerenciar campanhas de marketing digital e offline, incluindo SEO, SEM, mídias sociais, email marketing, marketing de conteúdo e publicidade tradicional.
* Realizar pesquisas de mercado e análise competitiva para identificar tendências, oportunidades e ameaças.
* Monitorar e analisar o desempenho das campanhas de marketing, utilizando métricas e KPIs para otimização contínua.
* Colaborar com equipes internas (vendas, produto, design) para garantir a coerência da marca e a eficácia das iniciativas de marketing.
* Gerenciar orçamentos de marketing e garantir o ROI das ações realizadas.
* Criar e gerenciar conteúdo relevante e de alta qualidade para diversos canais.
* Identificar e implementar novas tecnologias e ferramentas de marketing.
* Apoiar o desenvolvimento de estratégias de comunicação interna e externa.
* Liderar projetos específicos de marketing e guiar membros juniores da equipe, quando aplicável.
Qualificações:**
* Formação superior completa em Marketing, Publicidade, Comunicação Social ou áreas correlatas.
* Experiência comprovada de no mínimo 5 anos em cargos de marketing, com foco em estratégias digitais e offline.
* Conhecimento aprofundado em SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads e mídias sociais (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
* Experiência com ferramentas de automação de marketing (ex: HubSpot, RD Station).
* Excelentes habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita em português e inglês (avançado/fluente).
* Fortes habilidades analíticas e capacidade de interpretação de dados para tomada de decisões.
* Capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente e em equipe, gerenciando múltiplos projetos simultaneamente.
* Proatividade, criatividade e paixão por marketing.
