Descripción del empleo

Brindar soporte técnico y metodológico en la gestión de mejora continua, excelencia operacional y gestión de procesos, mediante la identificación, análisis, implementación y seguimiento de oportunidades de mejora que contribuyan al incremento de la productividad, seguridad, calidad y eficiencia operativa, asegurando la sostenibilidad de las acciones implementadas y el cumplimiento de los objetivos estratégicos de la organización.

Requisitos

      • Identificar oportunidades de mejora mediante el análisis de procesos e indicadores de gestión.
      • Levantar, documentar y optimizar procesos utilizando metodologías de mejora continua.
      • Implementar proyectos de mejora aplicando herramientas Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma y PDCA.
      • Elaborar y actualizar procedimientos, instructivos y estándares operativos.
      • Elaborar y consolidar reportes e indicadores de gestión para la toma de decisiones.
      • Realizar el seguimiento a planes de acción derivados de auditorías, inspecciones, incidentes y planes estratégicos.
      • Brindar soporte en auditorías internas y externas, así como en la implementación de acciones correctivas y preventivas.
      • Coordinar con las áreas involucradas la implementación, seguimiento y sostenibilidad de las mejoras.
      • Verificar el cumplimiento de los estándares de Seguridad, Salud Ocupacional, Medio Ambiente y Calidad aplicables al servicio.
      • Emitir informes técnicos y reportes de avance relacionados con las actividades desarrolladas.
