Analista de Cartera

Analista de Administración de Cartera
Objetivo del Puesto
Administrar y controlar la integridad de la información del portafolio mediante la realización de conciliaciones, validaciones de inventario, cumplimiento fiscal y atención a auditorías, asegurando la exactitud de los registros financieros y operativos para el adecuado control de los activos de la compañía.

Principales Responsabilidades

  • Realizar conciliaciones periódicas del portafolio para garantizar la integridad y consistencia de la información financiera y operativa.
  • Elaborar y validar cédulas fiscales, asegurando el cumplimiento de requerimientos regulatorios y corporativos.
  • Coordinar y ejecutar procesos de confirmación de inventarios con áreas internas y externas.
  • Identificar diferencias, inconsistencias o desviaciones en la información del portafolio y dar seguimiento hasta su resolución.
  • Brindar soporte y atención a auditorías internas y externas, proporcionando información y documentación requerida.
  • Generar reportes de control y seguimiento relacionados con el portafolio y los activos administrados.
  • Colaborar con las áreas de Operaciones, Remarketing y WS para asegurar la correcta conciliación de información.
  • Participar en iniciativas de mejora continua enfocadas al fortalecimiento de controles y eficiencia operativa.

Escolaridad

  • Licenciatura en Contaduría, Finanzas, Administración, Actuaría, Economía o carrera afín.

Experiencia

  • 2 a 4 años de experiencia en conciliaciones, administración de cartera, control financiero, auditoría o áreas relacionadas.
  • Experiencia en análisis y validación de información financiera.
  • Deseable experiencia dentro de instituciones financieras, arrendadoras o sector automotriz.
  • Inglés Intermedio
