Vous préparez une formation de niveau BAC+2/3 spécialisée en Comptabilité Trésorerie, vous recherchez une alternance d’une durée de 2 an(s) ?
Vous avez des connaissances générales en comptabilité et en trésorerie ?
Vous maitrisez le Pack Office Microsoft et idéalement un ERP tel que SAP ?
Vous avez le goût du travail en équipe et êtes doté d’un excellent relationnel ?
Vous savez organiser et structurer vos dossiers tout en respectant les délais ?
Autonomie, anticipation et rigueur sont des atouts que l’on vous reconnait.
Vous êtes également reconnu pour votre capacité à partager l’information avec votre hiérarchie et vos collègues et vous avez le sens de l’amélioration continue ?

CE QUE NOUS POUVONS ACCOMPLIR ENSEMBLE :
Au sein des activités Transport ferroviaire et billettique, vous rejoignez un pôle nouvellement créé suite à une cession et à la réorganisation des services partagés Comptabilité.
En tant que Trésorier, vous intervenez sur deux entités légales, à savoir l’Activité Transport ferroviaire - Ground Transportation Systems et l’Activité billettique - Revenue Collection Systems, et avez pour missions principales de :
Gérer les comptes bancaires en euros et en devises : suivi en date de valeur, prévision de trésorerie à court terme, contrôle de l’application des conditions bancaires.
Etablir les rapprochements bancaires.
Emettre les paiements en relation avec la comptabilité fournisseurs et le service paie.
Comptabiliser les opérations bancaires dans l’ERP (SAP).
Etablir les situations mensuelles de trésorerie : ventilation des flux par nature de recettes et dépenses, prévision pour l’année en cours et analyse des écarts entre réalisations et prévisions, contribution à l’élaboration du budget annuel de trésorerie.
