Job Description
- Welcome and assist hotel guests at Siem Reap International Airport with warmth and professionalism.
- Coordinate guest arrivals and departures, ensuring smooth transportation arrangements.
- Provide accurate information regarding hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
- Liaise closely with the Concierge, Butler, Front Office, and Transportation teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Monitor flight schedules and communicate any delays or changes to relevant departments.
- Assist VIP guests and special arrivals according to hotel standards.
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the highest standards of guest service at all times.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Pleasant personality with a strong service mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Siem Reap and local attractions is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
