Fördern Sie das Wachstum und die Rentabilität von Luftfracht am Standort, indem Sie globale Strategien und Initiativen in Produkt-, Carrier- und Performance-Pläne für den Standort umsetzen und sicherstellen, dass diese umgesetzt werden und Unterstützung mit Fachwissen und Beratung bieten. Verantwortlich für die Bereitstellung eines überragenden Kundenerlebnisses für Maersk-Kunden und die termingerechte und planmäßige Ausführung aller Betriebsaufgaben, um den Erfolg unserer Kunden innerhalb des Air-Produkts zu unterstützen.

      Ihr Profil

      • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Kaufmann (m/w/d) für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung oder Speditionskaufmann (m/w/d)
      • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Luftfracht Export
      • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
      • Anwenderkenntnisse MS-Office
      • Kundenorientierte Denkweise und Interesse am direkten Umgang mit Kunden/Dienstleistern
      • Freundliches Wesen /Auftreten mit Organisationstalent und ausgeprägter Teamfähigkeit
      • Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
      • Interkulturelles Bewusstsein
      • Bereitschaft zur Wochenendarbeit

       

      Ihre Aufgaben

      • Abwicklung jeglicher Luftfracht Sammelsendungen
      • Disposition und Buchung bei Luftverkehrsgesellschaften und LKW-Fuhrunternehmern in Absprache mit der Maersk Niederlassung bzw. Auslandshäuser
      • Vorbereitung der AMS/ISF/ACI-Filings
      • Export Zollabwicklung unter Berücksichtigung länderspezifischer Regularien
      • IATA-konforme Erstellung von Luftfrachtbriefen & Luftfrachtdokumentation
      • Abflugkontrolle & Follow up
      • Planung von Luftfrachteinheiten (ULD)
      • Preisanfragen bei Fluggesellschaften
