AI Motion Designer

Welltory is looking for a Motion Designer to create performance creatives for paid social.

We need a strong motion designer who can do more than animate a finished storyboard — someone who finds visual solutions on their own: works with all kinds of source material, uses AI to generate whatever's missing, and pulls it all together into a complete ad creative.

Our creative team is constantly testing new hooks, messages, and visual approaches for TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and other performance channels. AI is already part of our production process — from finding visual solutions to generating material.

What you'll do

• create and animate performance creatives from scripts and storyboards
• find visual solutions on your own for scenes with no ready-made source material
• create AI-generated images and video and blend them with live action, stock footage, and UI
• animate the Welltory app, Apple Watch, and other device interfaces
• work with tracking, compositing, masking, rotoscoping, and VFX
• handle editing, sound design, and final assembly
• create new versions of winning creatives and test new hooks and visual concepts with the team
• try new AI tools and bring them into production whenever they make the work faster or better

What matters to us

• 1+ year of commercial experience in motion design
• confident with Adobe After Effects, Graph Editor, tracking, and compositing
• a good sense of animation, timing, pacing, and composition
• able to integrate UI into devices and live-action footage realistically
• solid basic skills in Photoshop/Figma
• an understanding of editing and sound design
• experience with or interest in AI image/video generation, and the ability to pick up new tools quickly
• an understanding of performance advertising: why the first seconds matter, how a hook works, and what separates a creative that performs from one that's just pretty
• independence: able to take a task without detailed instructions, find a solution, and work calmly through tests and iterations

We don't care whether you know a specific set of AI services — the tools change too fast. What matters more is being able to pick the right tool for the job and bring generated material up to a high-quality result.

Nice to have

• experience with performance marketing, paid social, or mobile apps
• experience creating ads for TikTok, Meta, or YouTube
• Blender / Cinema 4D or other 3D
• expressions and automating repetitive tasks
• experience with health, wellness, or consumer apps
