About this role

About the role

Neurons Lab is hiring a senior AI Enablement Trainer to deliver an AI Adoption Programme for a US mutual fund administration firm (fund formation, governance, regulatory filings, ETF compliance, financial reporting, board reporting). The programme is all-online: half-day workshops delivered weekly across roughly 6–12 weeks on Claude Enterprise and Claude Cowork, with a conservative automation start built around SharePoint-based data flows.

This is a client-facing, senior FSI/BFSI positioning — the trainer must credibly match a "Head of BFSI Solutions" profile. A part-time internal AI platform/governance engineer complements the role for Claude Enterprise setup, the governance session, async support, and the SharePoint connector swap.

Objective

Deliver the client AI Adoption Programme end to end — from foundations through function-specific workshops — so that each team leaves with working Claude skills for their real fund-administration workflows and keeps building on their own.

Areas of Responsibility

  • Adapt the agreed curriculum to real artifacts (fee schedules, deferred comp calcs, N-1A filings, fund highlights, board packs) collected during assessment

  • Personally deliver the online half-day workshops to a mostly non-technical audience with mixed AI familiarity

  • Design and run hands-on exercises: build 3 Claude skills live per function workshop using their own documents and SharePoint data flows

  • Teach the "team extends" method so staff can decompose their own workflows into skills after the workshop

  • Run 1.5h office-hours sessions (1 week and 1 month post-workshop) and triage questions raised there

  • Coordinate with the governance/platform engineer so foundations, governance, and function content stay consistent

  • Collect feedback after each session and adjust the following sessions accordingly

  • Escalate engineering-grade opportunities to the account team

Skills

  • Excellent live facilitation and presentation for non-technical professionals; can hold a 4-hour online session with high engagement

  • Daily practical fluency with Claude (Enterprise, Cowork, Projects, skills), prompt engineering, and agentic workflows — able to build a working skill live and debug it on the spot

  • Ability to decompose an expert's workflow (e.g., a fee calculation or filing update) and rebuild it as an AI-assisted process

  • Clear communication of AI limitations, failure modes, and safe-use practices in a regulated environment

  • English: fluent, client-facing; comfortable presenting to US audiences

Knowledge

  • Financial services domain — ideally fund administration / asset management operations: fund accounting, fee calculations, ETF compliance, regulatory filings (N-1A), board/CCO reporting. BFSI experience is mandatory; fund admin specifics are a strong plus

  • Governance and safe-AI concepts for regulated firms: RBAC, data residency, read-only access, prompt injection

  • Current AI tooling landscape (Claude ecosystem, MCP/connectors, SharePoint integration patterns at a conceptual level)

Experience

  • 5+ years designing and delivering corporate training/workshops (not just conference talks)

  • Delivered AI/GenAI enablement to business teams in banking, finance, or insurance

  • Built AI-assisted workflows or skills used in production by non-technical teams

  • Public-facing credibility (publications, talks, community) supporting "senior FSI AI expert" positioning

Terms

Format: project-based / freelance (per engagement)

Allocation: ~6 half-day sessions + prep + office hours across 6–12 weeks; est. 0.2–0.3 FTE equivalent

Time zone: must overlap US business hours for live delivery (remote, online)

Location: remote (EU/US)

Start date: September 2026 target (prep from August)
