About the role 

Be the engine of the agency’s AI rollout. Embedded in Operations and working into the Operations Director (who owns the overall programme), you’ll shape the rollout plan, build the practical workflows that prove value, and drive adoption across the business - working alongside the AI champions in each department to stay close to what teams actually need

What you’ll do

• Co-own the rollout plan with the Operations Director- bring the practitioner’s view, shape sequencing and priorities, and then drive the delivery, don’t just track it

• Treat the agency’s internal AI capability as a product- own the roadmap of use cases, prioritise against business value, and build feedback loops with the teams who use what you ship

• Build and prototype real agents and workflows (Claude, Make, n8n) that demonstrate value, solve actual team problems, and become the templates others adopt

• Be the agency’s go-to expert on what’s possible - proactively spotting use cases teams haven’t thought of and turning them into working solutions

• Work alongside the departmental AI champions- your eyes and ears in the teams- using what they surface to prioritise the right problems and feed solutions back into their departments

• Lead enablement that sticks - training, playbooks, and hands-on sessions that change how people actually work, not just one-off demos

• Stay ahead of the tooling- evaluate new capabilities, pressure-test them, and bring the business a clear practitioner’s verdict on what’s worth adopting

Experience

• Extensive product management and project management experience, ideally gained in a SaaS business, with a proven track record delivering large, multi-stakeholder programmes of work

• A genuine builder- can demonstrate agents or workflows they’ve personally built in Claude (incl. Claude Projects), Make, n8n, or similar

• Demonstrable passion for AI and a strong working grasp of how agents and LLMs work in practice -depth of practical adoption matters more than ML theory

• Excellent communicator who can explain agents and AI fluently to non-technical colleagues and win over skeptics

• A natural collaborator- comfortable working closely with peers across departments and translating their needs into solutions

• Thrives in ambiguity; operates as a driving delivery partner within someone else’s programme

Nice to have

• Agency or professional-services background alongside the product experience

• Experience embedding AI into delivery, creative, or commercial workflows

• Familiarity with AI governance, data privacy, and acceptable-use in a client-data environment

• Change management or adoption/behaviour-change experience

• Exposure to additional automation/integration tooling and APIs

Reporting & scope

Reports to: Operations Director 

Scope: Embedded in Operations. No budget or line-management responsibility- the role operates through influence, expertise, and delivery
