About the Role As an AI Agent Engineer, you’ll build and scale production AI agents, focusing on orchestration, context engineering, evaluation, and observability. This is an AI agent engineering role rather than traditional ML model training.  As the first dedicated hire, you’ll work closely with the existing AI lead to shape the agent architecture, tooling and technical direction, while delivering measurable outcomes from day one.
