Agreement Specialist

As an Agreement Specialist at ICON, you will review and triage escalation requests in your region and follow approved guidelines. You will negotiate different types of Agreements including but not limited to the following: Clinical Trial Research Agreements, Amendments, Assignments and Facility Use Agreements.
Your Profile:
You bring relevant pharmaceutical contracting experience, along with the following qualifications and skills:
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree with a Juris Doctor (JD) preferred. Relevant paralegal experience will also be considered.
- Minimum of one year of pharmaceutical industry experience.
- Ability to follow work instructions, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), internal policies, and procedures to ensure the accurate, timely, and compliant completion of assigned responsibilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively while exercising sound judgment and maintaining a strong commitment to quality and compliance.
- Ability to effectively manage a high-volume workload, prioritize competing assignments, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative and flexible approach, with a willingness to support colleagues based on business needs and capacity.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to identify and recommend opportunities for continuous process improvement, increased efficiency, and greater clarity.
- Experience with AI-enabled processes and tools, or a demonstrated willingness to learn and adopt emerging technologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
