Job Description

Own the entire development lifecycle of our cutting-edge web application: from the idea through to production. You'll build modern full stack applications, shape technical decisions, design scalable cloud solutions and work in a small, agile team where your ideas have a direct impact on both the product and our customers.

What You'll Do:

• Design and build modern full stack applications end-to-end using TypeScript
• Work in an AI-first development environment, leveraging AI to deliver high-quality software
• Take ownership of features from idea to production, including architecture decisions, implementation, testing, and deployment
• Build scalable frontends whilst always keeping performance and User Experience in mind
• Develop and operate backend services whilst designing clean APIs and reliable services
• Shape infrastructure as code and work with AWS services
• Set up and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure fast and reliable deployments

Qualifications

What You Bring:

• Proven experience building modern, scalable web applications across the full stack using Typescript
• Strong expertise with Vue.js or a comparable frontend framework creating intuitive and high-performing user interfaces
• Experience in the deployment and operation of AWS production systems
• A solid understanding of modern data architectures, including NoSQL databases and event-driven systems such as DynamoDB and Redis
• Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on delivering customer value
• The ability to work independently, take ownership of technical decisions and collaborate in a small agile team
• Excellent communication skills, including English at C1 level, German is a nice-to-have
• You must live in Lithuania or be willing to relocate to Lithuania.
