Job Description

We're transforming manufacturing with the power of AI by building intelligent agents that automate tasks, assist users, and solve real business challenges.

As an AI Agent Engineer, you'll design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications and autonomous agents using modern LLMs and agent frameworks. You'll collaborate with software engineers, domain experts, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable AI solutions that integrate seamlessly into enterprise systems.

Your Mission

• Design and build AI agents and multi-agent solutions for real business use cases.
• Develop AI applications using modern LLMs, agent frameworks, and enterprise data.
• Integrate AI agents with APIs, databases, business systems, and external tools using modern protocols such as MCP.
• Build context-aware AI solutions using RAG, vector databases, and context engineering techniques.
• Evaluate, optimize, and improve AI agent quality, reliability, and performance.
• Deploy and maintain AI applications using Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and production-ready AI solutions.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI agents, LLMs, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

Required

• Experience developing software with Python.
• Experience building applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) or Generative AI.
• Understanding of AI agents, prompt engineering, and tool/function calling.
• Experience with REST APIs and integrating external services.
• Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.

Nice to Have

Experience with one or more of the following:

• OpenAI Agents SDK
• Claude Agent SDK
• LangGraph
• Model Context Protocol (MCP)
• Qdrant or other vector databases
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Context Engineering
• AI Evaluation (Evals)
• Azure AI / Azure OpenAI
