Deine Aufgaben

Onboarding & Agent Activation

• Begleitung neuer Maklerinnen und Makler vom Vertragsabschluss bis zur vollständigen Aktivierung
• Steuerung und Koordination aller Onboarding-Prozesse
• Organisation von Schulungen, Trainings und Launch-Aktivitäten
• Sicherstellung einer schnellen und erfolgreichen Integration neuer Partner

Agent Support & Success

• Erster Ansprechpartner für unsere Maklerinnen und Makler im Tagesgeschäft
• Unterstützung bei operativen Fragestellungen
• Verbesserung der Agent Experience entlang des gesamten Lebenszyklus
• Förderung von Engagement, Produktivität und langfristiger Bindung

Transaktion & Business Support

• Anlage und administrative Begleitung von Immobilientransaktionen auf der Plattform.
• Compliance-Prüfung aller Transaktionsunterlagen sowie aktive Nachforderung fehlender Dokumente.
• Erstellung von Rechnungen an Kunden sowie Abwicklung der Provisionsauszahlungen nach Geldeingang.

Operations & Prozessmanagement

• Optimierung interner Abläufe und Dokumentationen
• Unterstützung von Reporting- und KPI-Prozessen
• Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Teams
• Sicherstellung einer hohen Servicequalität

Produktivität & Wachstum

• Unterstützung bei Maßnahmen zur Steigerung der Produktivität unserer Makler
• Koordination von Trainings- und Entwicklungsmaßnahmen
• Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen innerhalb der Organisation

Das bringst Du mit

• Erste Berufserfahrung in Operations, Customer Success, Backoffice, Office Management oder einer vergleichbaren Funktion
• Idealerweise bereits existierende Erfahrungen aus der Immobilienbranche.
• Ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit
• Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
• Hohe Serviceorientierung
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools und CRM-Systemen

This position combines onboarding, agent success, transaction processing, and process management in a central role within our German team.

Your Responsibilities

Onboarding & Agent Activation

• Support new agents from contract signing through full activation
• Manage and coordinate all onboarding processes
• Organize training, learning sessions, and launch activities
• Ensure a fast and successful integration of new partners

Agent Support & Success

• Act as the first point of contact for our agents in their day-to-day activities
• Provide support with operational questions and issues
• Improve the agent experience throughout the entire agent lifecycle
• Promote engagement, productivity, and long-term retention

Transaction & Business Support

• Set up and provide administrative support for real estate transactions on the platform
• Review all transaction documentation for compliance and actively follow up on missing documents
• Prepare customer invoices and process commission payments once funds have been received

Operations & Process Management

• Optimize internal processes and documentation
• Support reporting and KPI processes
• Collaborate with international teams
• Ensure a high level of service quality

Productivity & Growth

• Support initiatives designed to increase agent productivity
• Coordinate training and development activities
• Identify opportunities for improvement within the organization

What You Bring

• Initial professional experience in Operations, Customer Success, Back Office, Office Management, or a comparable function
• Previous experience in the real estate industry is preferred
• Strong organizational skills
• A structured and self-directed approach to work
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Very good German and English language skills
• Confident working with digital tools and CRM systems
